My wife went in to have them check low tire light and discovered a nail in the tire. They repaired the tire and then the car wouldn’t start. The tested the battery and found that it needed replacing. They replaced the battery. Both repairs were done in a professional and timely manner. |

I am thankful to have Performance Car Care available when I need something done with my car. I've been going there for close to 20 years. They're always prompt, curteous, and trustworthy. At times, I have talked to my brother in Iowa about work I've had done at Performance Car Care. My brother has worked on cars all his life, and he always affirms that the work Performance did on my car was logical and at a good cost. When I bought a new car, I went to the dealer for service for as long as the warranty was in effect, but I was relieved when I could go back to Performance Car Care--no more sitting in a crowded waiting room for hours at a time. |

I have taken my 2004 Corvette twice to Performance. This last visit was to replace the front turn signal lenses and to investigate a warning message to service the tire monitoring system. The diagnosed it quickly as a faulty sensor. Both repairs were made promptly and professionally. I will continue to use Performance. I just recently moved to this area so it was important to find someone that would give the proper care and service to my Corvette. Although it is 14 years old, it has only 33,000 miles and is in pristine condition. My goal is to keep it that way! |

Once again, excellent work and customer service. Due to the length required to do the work, they would need to keep it overnight if I could. However, I had to have my vehicle back by a certain time that day. The completed what they could the first day and then completed it when I brought it back. They are so easy to work with and do such great work, I always want to bring my vehicles there. |

Great mechanics. But it's all about money. Fee to check everything. Fee to read codes a fee to pressure test ..won't be going back. Avg person makes less than $15hr. They make $69 or more .. cut your customers a break. And treat them as family instead of $$$ ...just business never personal. American way .. capitalism at it's best. |

I had the Iridium spark plugs replaced along with spark plug wires. Van has over 153000 miles on it, Oil change with synthetic motor oil. Transmission flush just in time for summer. Time to perform jobs seems reasonable. Cost is respectable. So far no complaints. Folks in the office were knowledgeable and respectful. Giving a 4 star for now. I need to drive the van a little more before I give a 5 star. |

The state inspection was prompt and quick. The person at the counter explained that the additional cost was because of the requirement to check the tinted windows. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. This process took more than 2 hours when I went to the Toyota dealership for inspection last year. I took my car in for an inspection, oil change and a couple of light issues. While inspecting the vehicle the mechanic found the rear shocks to be leaking and in need of replacement. As always, the office staff notified me immediately of this issue and I requested that this repair be made. The repairs were made and the vehicle not only rides great, it is safer as well. |

Didappointed no one had even suggested to use high mileage oil in my car that's just under 200k. I'd never even heard of it till I saw an ad from Meineke for oil changes and one of them being for high mileage vehicles. I asked questions about high mileage oil and when do I know I need to have that and what good ones are there and of course cost. Well a regular oil change is nearly $40 here!!!! That doesn't include a tire rotation either and they never seem to have coupons or deals anytime I schedule service. Now aside From that. They are great people .. They do their best to care for your car just not my wallet. Even when I did over $2k worth of work :( should have some kind of deals or specials for Loyal customers. |

They put dye in to begin with to find out if there was a leak rather than adding coolant which I would have paid for that would have leaked back out. They were able to order the parts on the day I went by (Friday) and had my new compressor on and ready to go on Monday around lunch time. Straight forward, very helpful and courteous. Also when I returned to pick vehicle up, the price was LESS than quoted. Overall great experience. Thanks! |

I went to Performance Car Care right after a ten hour night shift at work. I was trying to adjust to a new sleep schedule and was both extremely tired and grumpy. I was in and out in about an hour, which I honestly was not expecting. The staff were very friendly. They were quick to tell me what the problem was (front passenger window regulator) and how much it would cost to repair (less than what I found on Google). I highly recommend them. |

Previously (last 6 years) I have religiously dealt with one sole service provider for my vehicle, though worth.. The negative is its also over 3O plus miles to get it there/drop it off-picking it up etc ..I've resided here 8 plus years and had no idea you're located less that a half mile from my residence .. Hidden gem in Knightdale. I've lived in Knightdale for 15-years and never knew this place existed. I recently purchased a used car and took it to Performance only because they charged 1/2 of what other places were quoting for a pre-purchase inspection. These guys were good, fast and cheap. The staff was accommodating and friendly and there wasn't the pressure to upsell, like the chain garages. I feel like I can really trust these guys! This is my new go-to place for all my car servicing needs. |

PCC has always been my go to service center for 10 years. They are honest, full service and on time. I've only had one bad experience with an inspection several years ago when my transmission fluid unexpectedly ran empty on a long drive. There was no leak, someone forgot to check it during the inspection. I told the owner about the problem. |

Their service is excellent and charges are reasonable compared to most vehicle service shops, especially dealerships. And they stand behind their work. They will work with your schedule the best they can, they have been in this business for many many years. And in all of my experiences with them they would have the necessary replacement parts the same day or the next day. I see they have a star rating of 1-5, if they had a star rating of 1-10, I would differently give them a 10. They stay busy 5 ½ days a week, that alone has to say something about their excellent reputation. My most recent visit was for 4 new tires, they priced and installed the tires cheaper than any tire dealer I checked out. I have used them numerous times, and now I don't even bother calling anyone else. I call them when needed, and they take care of it. Owner of 2 Vehicles and they service both of them. |

We have had Great service from Performance. This visit was no different. Perry listened to the concerns we had with the truck, offered insight based on his knowledge. We discussed an effective plan for the service, they worked the truck into the shop the same day and called once the service had been performed to advise the outcome. The issue we had was intermittent so the insight provided from the owner made identifying and resolving the problem very straight forward and as inexpensive as possible.
